Robin Ohern is an objects conservator in private practice. She was previously an Andrew W. Mellon fellow in objects conservation at the National Museum of the American Indian (2012-2014). Robin has completed internships at the Walters Art Museum, the Straus Center for Conservation and Technical Studies at the Harvard Art Museums, Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, the Agora Excavations of the American School for Classical Studies at Athens, the American Museum of Natural History, the Pitt Rivers Museum at Oxford University, and the Corning Museum of Glass. She received a Master of Theological Studies degree from Harvard Divinity School, where she studied religion and material culture, and holds a Master of Arts from the UCLA/Getty Program in Archaeological and Ethnographic Conservation.
